After receipt of a purchase order, Electrical Prefab Systems assigns a project manager/engineer that maintains sole-source responsibility for your project. Our engineer will work with your staff from beginning to end:

Customer Support
  1. Ensuring we are in possession of the latest plans and specifications.
  2. Investigating if local ordinances supersede the N.E.C. to ensure full compliance.
  3. Furnishing submittals, if required.
  4. Communicating with your company’s project manager and field foreman to:
    • Obtain answers when drawings are unclear or incomplete.
    • Validating constructability issues, i.e. identifying sheer walls.
    • Coordinating scheduling requirements.
    • Ensuring that last-minute changes are incorporated into the system design.
    • Answer any questions related to design or installation.
    • Provide on-site training, if requested.
    • Supply any additional materials that may be required.
Customer Support

Electrical Prefab Systems knows that many issues will arise during the course of any construction project. There will be minor design changes, constructability issues and it is not uncommon for materials to be misplaced or discarded by accident. We will not charge your company for additional connectors, replacement cables or for any other materials that are required for an unforeseen reason. Even minor design changes will not warrant additional costs.

Requests for design changes will be addressed immediately – not in 2 or 3 weeks!

Customer Support

Certainly, if the project architect makes significant design changes, and adds to the project scope, then we would expect to be compensated just as you would. It is unlikely that Electrical Prefab Systems would even submit a request for additional compensation if the change is valued at less than $500!
